Madison Keys Partnership
CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION:
For the US, as part of ACUVUE's first ever global influencer marketing campaign, we partnered with international tennis athlete Madison Keys to tell her story of someday hoping to win a Grand Slam title, and the goals she sets to achieve that dream. The partnership was announced just before Wimbledon, with our Global Moment video launching the week of the US Open.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Research and Madison Keys recommendation
Talent negotiations and contracting assistance
Talent Management & spearhead communication
Social content calendar management and proofreading final copy for post
Production coordinating:
Book talent travel, accommodations, ground transportation for 2x production days
Work with Craft Services for talent dietary restrictions
Lead contact for talent team
Manage talent releases and additional OCP talent paperwork
Get clearances from other sponsorships to be used in video content
Process talent payment paperwork and invoices
Manage PR agency communication with talent and assist with PR activation execution and production
