CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION
In 2015, continuing a successful 3-year brand relationship with Food Network chef, Melissa d’Arabian, we partnered with her for the 4th year to engage her for more media opportunities, including an integration appearance on the Rachael Ray show, as well as leveraging her for new recipes and tips videos, a YouTube mini-series where we saw her assist real women overcome their cooking challenges by adapting family food recipes to fit their dietary restrictions, and some social media activations. I also worked closely with our PR team to ensure interviews and press were secured for her work with us.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day management of influencer communication and approvals

Social calendar and brand recipe tracker
Management of talent paperwork and payments
Providing talent with recipe direction and managing client feedback
Arranging food photographer and direction
Production Coordination for TV appearance days:
Working with Rachael Ray crew for scheduling and logistics management
Wardrobe direction and approvals
Talent flight & accommodations, ground transportation
Brand messaging and run-of-show walk-through
On-set talent runner and client management
