CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION

Hershey's 2016 Say It With A Kiss campaign was a digital mini-series designed to shine a spotlight on the authentic, genuine, human connection stories shared between real friends and family. These friends and family share with us the moments and rituals they have, all linked together by Hershey’s Kisses, to show they care in small everyday moments. Our hero video, titled Hearts and Kisses, is the only non- "real people" story we created and filmed for Say It With A Kiss, used to kick off the 2016 campaign. 

MY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all talent communications

  • Managing production and talent paperwork and leading all talent pre-production needs with Producers:

  • Creating and submitting production and completion reports for each spot and cut-down

  • Managing Taft-Hartleys, Coogan account setups where applicable, Station 12's, and answering and assisting any questions pertaining to SAG

  • Gathering talent payment paperwork and invoices for payment

  • Customizing SAG-A1 contracts for production needs and getting them reviewed and signed by talent

  • Managing talent reimbursements, transportation, dietary needs for on-set

  • Working with producers to track talent downgrades and upgrades

  • Tracking video usage dates, expirations, and renewals and managing those usage payments with 3rd party payroll vendor, Extreme Reach
