CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION
In 2016 we partnered with Food Network chef Marcela Valladolid to be our Lactaid spokesperson, helping us raise brand awareness through PR, a Rachael Ray TV integration, and several recipe creations.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent vetting and recommendation to the brand
Talent procurement
Day-to-day management of influencer communication and approvals
PR agency management
Social calendar and brand recipe tracker
Management of talent paperwork and payments
Production Coordination for TV appearance days:
Working with Rachael Ray crew for scheduling and logistics management
Wardrobe direction and approvals
Talent flight & accommodations, ground transportation
Brand messaging and run-of-show walk-through
On-set talent runner and client management
In addition to finding and vetting through talent for availability and Lactaid brand tie-in, I provided Marcela as our #1 celebrity recommendation, securing brand sign-off for reaching out and negotiating with her team for a 1-year partnership with the brand.
I managed all communications between the Brand, talent agents, and cross agency partner teams directly, ensuring that all deliverables were made on time. I helped flush out important asks from all campaign briefs to ensure a successful execution.
